Terms of sale

The owner of the online store aada.ee is Aada Design OÜ, registry code 12885009, address Merihobu tee 17a, Rannamõisa village, Harku parish, 76906.

Information about the product (book) and service (craft course) is provided directly next to the product/service. All products sold in the Aada Design OÜ online store are handmade, so the products may sometimes differ slightly from the products in the photos in small details.

The prices of products/services are indicated next to the products/services (in euros). A delivery fee is added to the product price. The delivery fee is displayed to the customer when completing the purchase.

Finalizing the purchase

To purchase the book(s), fill out the Buy a book form! To complete the purchase, fill in the required fields and enter the location of the desired Omniva or Smartpost parcel terminal. When completing the purchase, be careful and check that the information and contact details you enter are accurate.

Check your order and click the Send button.

Once the order has been verified by us, we will send an invoice by email.

To place a special order, please contact us . The deadline for special orders is agreed on a case-by-case basis.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to product out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

Delivery

We will ship the books within two business days of receiving the invoice. For custom-made handmade and/or personalized products, payment must be made before the product is made.

Aada Design OÜ is not responsible for the quality of the postal service. In case of complaints, please contact the company providing the service directly. To find out the price of postage abroad, please contact us.

Returns and exchanges

If the ordered product is not as expected, please contact us (info@aada.ee) and we will do everything we can to find a suitable solution.

Products purchased from the Aada Design OÜ e-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of obtaining the products or from the date of obtaining the notification of arrival at the Omniva / SmartPost parcel terminal.

To return the product, fill out and send us an e-mail (info@aada.ee) with a withdrawal form. Returning the goods within Estonia is free of charge, outside Estonia the customer pays the costs of returning the goods.

To return a package received through Omniva, you must use the return code received by SMS or email.

A package received via SmartPost can be returned using the same door code used to receive the package.

The returned product must be undamaged and must not show any signs of use or wear. If the product is damaged and it is no longer possible to sell it at the original price, Aada Design OÜ has the right to offset the decrease in value of the product with the amount due for return.

Aada Design OÜ will transfer the money for the returned products within five working days from the time the products reach us.

Custom-made and/or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Aada Design OÜ is not responsible for any defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

Registering for courses

To register for the courses, fill out the form Register for a course! or register with the course organizer (the relevant information is available with the specific course). After registration, we will send an invoice by e-mail. For multi-day courses, it is possible to pay in several installments, please write your request in the Additional information box.

Processing of personal data

Aada Design OÜ uses the personal data entered by the buyer to process the order, ship the goods to the buyer, and provide better customer service. We keep our customers' data secure. In order to deliver the goods, we transfer personal data to the company providing the transport service. We may also use personal data to send news and offers.
