Customer personal data is processed by Aada Design OÜ. Registry code 12885009, address Merihobu tee 17a, Rannamõisa village, Harku municipality, 76906.

Data regarding the customer and their orders, the course registration and book purchasing, are treated as confidential information. Aada Design OÜ does not disclose the data it receives to third parties.

Personal data entered by the customer (Including name, phone number, address and email address) is used solely for processing the order and delivering products to the buyer. Aada Design OÜ transmits personal data to the transport service provider for the purpose of delivering the products.

Personal data submitted by the customer to Aada Design OÜ when making a purchase is protected and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of conducting purchase analyses and summaries, making offers to the customer and conducting customer service surveys.

Aada Design OÜ sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has indicated a wish to receive direct marketing communications.

The customer may opt out of receiving email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying  Aada Design OÜ via email or by following instructions provided in the emails containing offers.
